At Advanced Carpentry Solutions LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and want to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that a repair is needed, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.

1.) All repairs must be reported within 30 days of the date of completion.
2.) Repairs will be made at no charge if they are the result of faulty workmanship or materials.
3.) If the damage is caused by normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for the repair.
4.) All repairs will be made at our workshop or on site, whichever is more convenient for the customer.
5.) If the repair cannot be made on site, the item may need to be returned to our workshop for repair. In this case, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to the customer once the repair is complete.
6.) Repair turnaround time will depend on the nature of the repair and the availability of materials and staff. We will provide an estimated timeframe for completion when the repair is reported.
7.) We reserve the right to refuse any repair that we determine is not feasible or economically practical.

This policy applies to all products sold and installed by Advanced Carpentry Solutions. It does not cover repairs to products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than our company.
